licenses the UK Property Division and S&P rating, is able to underwrite a truly
global account. Many classes of commercial and industrial business produced by the
Lloyds broker network are underwritten on a direct and or reinsurance basis within
the Division.

limited to: retail, warehousing, railways, infrastructures, real estate, mining,
transportation, all types of manufacturing, hotels, condominiums, roads, municipalities,
airports, pharmaceuticals, semi-cons, electronic assembly, energy and petro/chemical.
- The team writes business in the European Union, North America, Central
and South America, Middle and Far East, South Africa and Australia and New Zealand.
We offer prompt underwriting service from Lloyd’s box no. 320. The underwriters
have experience in these classes and geographic regions, and pride itself on service,
