Mark Wheeler, ACII, Active Underwriter
Mark is a Director of both Pembroke JV Ltd, and Pembroke Managing Agency Limited. He established Syndicate 4000 in 2004 and, whilst his principal role is that of Active Underwriter for the Syndicate as a whole, he actively underwrites Financial Institutions business in the division, managed by Chris Brown. He has over 21 years experience in the London Market underwriting specialist liability insurance, and completed his ACII qualification in 1991.
