Tom joined the Syndicate in August 2007 as an Underwriting Assistant in the Professional Lines Division following the completion of his A Level studies at College. Tom made the transition from the Professional Lines Division to the Financial Institutions Division in July 2011 and is currently working towards achieving his ACII qualification
